Technical Personal Assistant
Description
Requirements :
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience managing technical systems for modern properties or facilities.
- Proven hands-on experience with Smart Home systems (Home Assistant, Control4, KNX, or similar) is a strong plus.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN, Wi-Fi optimization, firewall setup).
- Familiarity with scripting or automation would be helpful.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in managing sensitive systems and personal environments.
- A well-organized, motivated, and dependable personality who enjoys a dynamic, hands-on
Responsibilities :
- Placement location in Bali (Umalas) for Large Private Villa
- Oversee, maintain, and troubleshoot Smart Home systems, including CCTV, lighting, HVAC, smart locks, and audio/video devices.
- Oversee landscape and outdoor maintenance, ensuring gardens, lighting, and irrigation systems are well-kept and functional.
- Manage home and office network systems, ensuring stable and secure connectivity (Wi-Fi, routers, VPNs, basic firewalls).
- Coordinate with Smart Home vendors, maintenance providers, and contractors for installations, repairs, and upgrades.
- Manage landscape and facility maintenance, ensuring the villa grounds remain clean, safe, and fully functional.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation of all configurations, devices, and systems for transparency and continuity.
- Create and maintain simple automation scripts to optimize daily technical or operational tasks.
- Handle administrative and logistical tasks such as communicating with local authorities, managing permissions, and liaising with neighbors when needed.
- Provide occasional driving support and assistance for villa residents, family members, or guests when required.
- Ensure a discreet, reliable, and proactive service to the IT Executive and household, maintaining high standards of confidentiality and integrity.
- Organizing and overseeing other maintainance related topics to the villas with 3rd party vendors: Pools, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Landscaping
