Description
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience managing multiple brands and social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and performance analysis.
- Able to manage the full content workflow, from ideation and production to execution and reporting.
- Skilled in graphic design and video editing for social media content (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging per platform.
- Familiar with social media analytics tools and performance reporting.
- Trend-aware and able to translate insights into actionable content strategies.
- Good time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Good command of spoken and written English is a plus.

Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end social media activities across multiple platforms.
- Develop social media strategies and content plans aligned with campaign and marketing goals.
- Create and maintain content calendars, including scheduling and publishing posts.
- Produce content in various formats, including graphic designs, short-form videos, and written content.
- Write engaging copy and messaging tailored to each platform and target audience.
- Monitor social media insights and performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and growth.
- Analyze trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to keep content relevant and effective.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns based on given briefs.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and evaluations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
