E-Commerce Marketing (Fashion/Sportswear Brand)
Description
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and marketing — including product listing, campaign setup, promotions, pricing strategies, and performance tracking.
- Skilled in managing social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok to drive traffic and conversions, including experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proficient in using Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and e-commerce dashboards (such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTokShop).
- Able to develop and execute digital campaigns that boost product visibility, sales, and customer engagement.
- Creative, analytical, and trend-aware, with the ability to align content and promotions with a sporty and modern brand image.
- Basic understanding of SEO/SEM and influencer marketing is a plus.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills for digital audiences.
- Comfortable working with sales targets, campaign deadlines, and a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and monitor e-commerce marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and online sales.
- Manage daily e-commerce operations, including product uploads, promotions, pricing updates, and stock coordination.
- Optimize product listings and visuals to improve visibility and sales performance across online platforms.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Work with the design team to maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all online channels.
- Analyze campaign and e-commerce performance to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Research and apply new marketing trends, influencer collaborations, and promotional tactics relevant to the brand.
- Prepare monthly reports that include ad performance, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and e-commerce sales analysis.
