Head of Housekeeping

Description

Requirements :

  • Experience more than 5 years in housekeeping or similar role.
  • Preferably Bali-based or familiar with Balinese culture and traditions.
  • Proven experience in villa or hotel housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory or head role.
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • German language skills are a plus, or willingness to learn German.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a car for operational use.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
  • High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism in a private household environment.

Referred Qualities:

  • Experience working in luxury villas, private residences, or hospitality management.
  • Discreet, respectful, and service-minded personality.
  • Flexible and able to handle changing priorities with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and coordinate all housekeeping and maintenance activities for the villa.
  • Taking care of elderly.
  • Manage household supplies, cleanliness standards, and ensure all areas are well-maintained and ready for use.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping or maintenance staff when needed.
  • Handle guest preparation and property readiness for the owner’s visits or stays.
  • Coordinate with local vendors and service providers for villa operations.
  • Assist with daily operational needs, including driving for owner or related property activities.
  • Ensure all housekeeping activities respect local Balinese customs and traditions.

Offers :

  • Dedicated place to stay at the villa (Private Property).
  • Provided mobile phone and motorbike for operational use.
  • One day off per week.
