Supply Chain & Product Management (Fashion/Sportswear Brand)
Description
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or inventory management, preferably within fashion, apparel, or small-to-medium retail businesses.
- Strong understanding of material purchasing processes, vendor negotiation, and supplier management at an operational level.
- Experienced in managing stock and simple logistics workflows, including production control, packaging, delivery, and product returns.
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for stock recording, purchasing documentation, and cost calculations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to maintain stock availability without exceeding budget.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working with production schedules and online sales campaign timelines (such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TiktokShop).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially when working with local suppliers (manufacturers, material vendors, logistics partners, etc.).
- Able to work independently while efficiently coordinating with e-commerce marketing team.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee the entire procurement and production process, from material purchasing to final product readiness.
- Ensure stock availability aligns with product launch plans and monthly campaign schedules.
- Maintain strong relationships with fabric vendors, manufacturers, and logistics providers.
- Record and monitor purchases, stock levels, and supplier performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce marketing team to ensure stock levels are accurately updated across all online shop platforms.
- Assist in production cost calculations and purchasing efficiency analysis to protect profit margins.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory, purchasing, and upcoming production requirements.
