Broadcast Operation Engineer

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years experience in live broadcast or live sports production environments
  • Experience with IP/video-based broadcast workflows
  • Familiar with systems such as Viz Mosart, EVS, Adobe Premiere + MAM, Mimir, NRCS, or playout systems
  • Understanding of cloud or hybrid media environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Able to work calmly under live operational pressure
  • Experience working in multi-vendor broadcast environments
  • Good english communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • AWS or cloud platform knowledge
  • Kubernetes / containerized environments
  • Monitoring & observability tools
  • Jira / ITSM workflows
  • Media workflow orchestration platforms
  • Remote operational coordination

Responsibilities

  • Support live production and matchday operations
  • Monitor media workflows and operational platform health
  • Handle troubleshooting and incident escalation
  • Coordinate with global DevOps and operations teams
  • Support operational readiness before live productions
  • Maintain operational documentation and incident reports
