REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and
  • initiatives.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the HR, recruitment, staffing, or professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, content marketing, social media, lead generation, and marketing communications.
  • Experience managing marketing activities targeted at corporate clients and business decision-makers.
  • Experience managing marketing for multiple brands or business units simultaneously, with the ability to keep positioning and messaging distinct across each.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use marketing data to evaluate and improve campaign performance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaborate with sales and management teams.
  • Comfortable working remotely with global teams (Germany & USA), including coordinating across time zones and adapting communication style to distributed, cross-cultural stakeholders.
  • Familiar working with AI tools in daily workflow (e.g. content drafting, campaign reporting, research), with experience building or configuring AI agents to support marketing operations is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in the HR/recruitment industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.
  • Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, client acquisition, and business opportunities.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Develop and manage content marketing, including website content, social media, newsletters, company presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s digital marketing channels, including website, LinkedIn, social media, email marketing, and other relevant platforms.
  • Work closely with the Commercial/Sales team on concrete, day-to-day activities — e.g. preparing marketing collateral for client pitches, aligning campaign timing with the sales pipeline, and joining client-facing meetings when marketing input is needed.
  • Coordinate regularly with the management team by reporting campaign progress, flagging budget or resourcing needs, and translating company-level business targets into actionable marketing plans.
  • Develop marketing materials and campaigns specifically targeting HR professionals, companies, and potential corporate clients.
  • Manage marketing activities across multiple brands/business units under the company, ensuring each brand’s campaigns, content, and positioning stay consistent with its own identity.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives with global stakeholders in Germany and the USA, ensuring local (Indonesia) campaigns stay aligned with global brand guidelines and strategy.
  • Explore and apply AI tools/agents within the marketing workflow (e.g. content generation, campaign reporting, lead qualification) to improve team efficiency.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and developments within the HR and recruitment industry.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance, including lead generation, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Organize and support company events, webinars, client activities, and other promotional initiatives.
  • Strengthen the company’s positioning and brand as a professional HR/recruitment service provider.
