Description
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
- Skilled in copywriting and storytelling (English and Bahasa Indonesia)
- Basic photo and video editing skills (e.g., Adobe, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva)
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and visual consistency
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Responsibilities :
- Create engaging and high-quality content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, etc.)
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, and captions aligned with our brand tone
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots, including coordination with talents and designers
- Edit short-form videos and visuals for Reels, TikTok, and other platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to produce recruitment and employer-branding content
- Stay up to date with social media trends, especially in the HR and tech talent industry
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on data insights
