Business Development

International Business Development Manager

Description

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in international business development, sales, or partnership roles—preferably in HR or recruitment business. 
  • Proven ability to close deals with international clients and build sustainable business relationships. 
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition and offshore team models. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus). 
  • Comfortable working across time zones and coordinating virtually with international stakeholders. 
  • Data-driven mindset. 
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a hands-on attitude. 
  • Knowledge of Indonesian talent trend. 
  • Have experience in European Market is a plus. 

Responsibilities :

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Building 
  • Identify and target potential international clients (EU, USA, Australia, etc.) who could benefit from offshore Indonesian tech and support talent. 
  • Conduct outbound outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, networking events) to generate leads and secure partnerships. 
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business and recruitment needs. 
  • Present Intalenta’s value proposition and manage the full business development cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing. 
  • Talent Matching & Coordination 
  • Work closely with the recruitment and talent acquisition team to understand available talent profiles. 
  • Propose Indonesian talent that matches client requirements, and coordinate introductory processes. 
  • Maintain clear and professional communication between clients and internal talent teams. 
  • Ensure excellent candidate-client experience throughout the onboarding and placement process. 
  • Market Research & Strategy 
  • Conduct research on hiring trends, labor shortages, and remote hiring preferences in target countries. 
  • Provide strategic insights on positioning Intalenta as a competitive HR partner globally. 
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaign messaging tailored to international markets. 
  • Collaboration & Communication  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with recruitment, marketing, and operations teams to align business development goals with company capabilities. 
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring timely responses and project execution. 
  • Report regularly to the leadership team on pipeline progress, market insights, and sales goals.
