Description
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in IT
- Support or Helpdesk roles
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with patience & attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed
- Preferred certifications (a plus, but not required):CompTIA A+, CCNA, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified (MD-100/MD-101)
- Experience with Azure, AWS, cloud services is a plus

Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Manage Active Directory (user accounts, group policies, permissions)
- Provide remote & on-site technical support using TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or RDP
- Maintain and secure IT infrastructure (firewalls, antivirus, endpoint security)
- Assist with Microsoft 365 & Azure AD support
- Document issues, solutions, and IT asset management
- Ensure backup & recovery processes are in place
- Support web servers (Apache/Nginx) & databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
