Description

Requirements :

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT
  • Support or Helpdesk roles
  • Strong problem-solving & communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with patience & attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed
  • Preferred certifications (a plus, but not required):CompTIA A+, CCNA, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified (MD-100/MD-101)
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, cloud services is a plus
 

Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • Manage Active Directory (user accounts, group policies, permissions)
  • Provide remote & on-site technical support using TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or RDP
  • Maintain and secure IT infrastructure (firewalls, antivirus, endpoint security)
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 & Azure AD support
  • Document issues, solutions, and IT asset management
  • Ensure backup & recovery processes are in place
  • Support web servers (Apache/Nginx) & databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
