Description
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Communications, preferably in B2B, and HR services or Tech companies.
- Demonstrated experience in approaching and engaging clients in Europe with an understanding of business etiquette and cultural context.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across different time zones
- Familiar with marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
Responsibilities :
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing communication strategy for multiple brands.
- Align marketing initiatives with the company’s business goals and target regions (especially Europe and the U.S.).
- Collaborate closely with leadership to define brand messaging, tone, and positioning in each market.
- Coordination & Collaboration
- Ensure smooth communication across time zones, balancing regional priorities.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to support employer branding and talent marketing.
- Content & Campaigns
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for digital campaigns (LinkedIn, email marketing, blog, newsletter).
- Maintain consistency across all touchpoints, with a strong focus on storytelling.
- Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Present regular reports to internal stakeholders and suggest improvements.
- Keep up with European market trends
- Client & Market Communications
- Create client-facing materials (presentations, emails, decks, case studies) tailored to European business culture.
- Craft compelling B2B messaging and outreach strategies to approach European clients professionally and effectively.
- Coordinate with the business development team to support sales enablement efforts.
