Senior DevOps
Description
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role with a focus on Docker-based infrastructures.
- Extensive experience with Docker containers, Docker Compose, and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Proven experience with GitLab for CI/CD pipeline setup, automation, and deployment processes.
- Experience with Traefik for reverse proxy and load balancing within Docker environments.
- Strong knowledge of Redis and Celery for distributed task processing and caching in a Dockerized environment.
- Expertise in managing and scaling Django applications in a Docker setup.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby for automation tasks.
- Strong understanding of security best practices in Docker, ensuring safe containerization and networking.
- Solid knowledge of monitoring tools and practices for Docker containers and infrastructure health, particularly New Relic and Sentry.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.

Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain a Docker-based infrastructure to support highly scalable, redundant, and fail-safe systems
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to streamline development, deployment, and scaling processes within a Docker environment
- Collaborate closely with developers to automate operational processes, ensuring efficient and reliable workflows.
- Monitor system performance using New Relic and Sentry, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize Docker containers to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
- Implement best security practices within the Docker ecosystem to safeguard company data and infrastructure.
- Deploy and manage monitoring tools (primarily New Relic and Sentry) for real-time insights into system health and stability.
- Use GitLab for orchestration of the entire development lifecycle, from code commits to container orchestration and deployment.
- Work with Traefik for routing and load balancing to ensure optimal performance across containers.
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies
