Requirements :
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration Management
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment function
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
- Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
- Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles
- Strong detail and deadline orientation
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Responsibilities :
- Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and/or social media platforms
- Conduct screening methods prior to candidate endorsement including initial phone interview, face to face interviews, and administration of testing materials
- Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company’s strategic planning.
- Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
- Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
